I liked a nice size and cheap room here.

Everything was great, helpful staff, incredible location near to the centre of Belfast, all the communal areas of the B & B and Titanic exhibition. Came here for short stay, recommendable:)))

I had very lovely time here, perfect and nice location!

My room was cheap thanks to the outstandingly accommodating staff. The food was fab with a lot of options. Location: the hotel was short walk to botanic gardens, and the bus station. I liked Little O's Pizzeria nearby. That was what I call perfect base for one night.

    A surprisingly lovely stay

During my time here, I was touched by how friendly the staff was, and it seemed like they were dedicated to improving the space. The location was convenient.

The room could have benefited from better sound-proofing, as I could hear noises from the neighboring units, interrupting my sleep. The showers had intermittent issues, which could use some attention.

    great location
    digital lock

The place was perfect for our group getaway. We loved having the option to surf the web and the communal kitchen was a big plus for us. We also checked out the local cafes nearby, all within walking distance. It's good value for the price and the location is convenient for exploring.

One downside was the digital lock. It felt a bit uneasy since it was the only lock. A deadbolt or second lock would've been better for peace of mind, especially during the night.

The location is perfect for exploring Belfast! But I did find mice traps under the beds, which was a bit unsettling. 😬

Absolutely disappointing! The shower was broken, and you could hear every word from the room next door. I woudl've proably left a good review if there was even a single complimentary bottle of water offered for my troubles. This place has potential, but who wants to stay somewhere so unsanitary?

    comfortable stay
    noisy environment

The location was perfect for our family with teen kids, just a short stroll to cafés and shops on Botanic Avenue. We really enjoyed having the chance to surf the web in comfort, and the room had everything we needed.

My kids wished for better sound-proofing between rooms.

    digital lock

It was just a good match for a flying visit in Belfast with fantastic value for money. The digital lock on the door made me feel secure enough . Try to get a room on lower floors to avoid long stair climbs.
